The company name of BCS Real Estate Services, Inc. represents the names of co-founders and brothers, Bob Swanson and Chris Swanson. Since the company also provides mortgage services, the name Buyer Credit Savings was coined for the company program offered to clients when both real estate and mortgage services are utilized.
Over the years we have learned what customers value most from their real estate service provider. First and foremost customers want to be informed on all aspects of their transaction. In addition to ongoing communication, customers want a company that will pay attention to details and, most importantly, make every effort to avoid last minute surprises, especially at close of escrow.
